This worked for me. I had to move the "core_game" folder out of the "scripts" and into "LISC-0.5.2-pc\game" but then it worked fine.

You playing the Intimidation route? Go full bad boy. That was the only way I could unlock.
LISC.exe is not a valid win32 application on windows 7,64bit. When trying to start the game.
Why? Not even 32 exe version works, I have not experienced this problem with any other game.
Please somebody know a fix? =)

I think what ended up working was using the Electro Mod to change the Sario path so that I could say I was one of them rather than using the universal mod to just artificially select the choice to get the car blue ball scene. The game was remembering that the car scene never happened, even if I'd seen it.
Actually being able to chose the car scene is what led to the night scene as otherwise Lauren doesn't think she's blue balled you twice since dinner.
