it's normal for this, it's just a thing leave the bar and trigger for the scene

Ya i did, i left the bar after re entered, and then it tells me to ask again, its a loop of asking to opem rum, going to lucia getting permission, going back, sexy bar scene, amd then being asked to aske her again. Do i need a certain amount of shots or spmethjnf to trigger scenes?

Also stuck at the bar scene. Cousin gets with barmaid and the scene keeps repeating, preventing me from completing the lucia rum thing

Ok, I must say that graphically it is not a great thing ... but probably that is what makes it such a good game, this is a type of game that does not shine for looking nice (I do not say that it is terrible), but for his Plots and character development (at least what little I read), I'll put it on the list and wish Dev luck.
