Damn, that's why I didn't heard about it for a long time, and couldn't find it cause forgot the name. Very sad, I liked old-fashioned feel and waited for more options to change and customize MC.
Is there a future chance that You will make another game with female MC, learning from experience of first try?

For example, story about MILF MC with son or daughter (or both), husband cheated and left her, and after being housewife for many years she has to start working, but cause of her age and lack of education she has to begin raising her attractiveness.

Anyway, wish You luck with game making.

I found the only way to get the CTRL C is to edit appearance of the land lady you can edit her relationship with Jake and that leads to the character editor.
