Only useful if you want to rush loli or some other specific wamen. If you sequentially go through women who start agreeing to sex you'll end up having enough by the time you finish.
Maybe I'm just stupid but is there not English for this? The screenshots show english dialogue but when I play it it's just all chinese or japanese and I don't know it. Honestly turns me off even though I really want to play it.

You are stupid. There are two game executables and one ends with EN and you aren't using it.

Are you using Joi Play? Does the same thing for me even when choosing Game_en.exe for the executable.
Did u find a way to play it? Cuz both joyplay and Maldives open it with japanese language (tried to delete normal game.exe, didn't really work
Anyone can help? This now loading screen tend to appear on failed patched game, so it stays unplayable

Actually, the threesome isn't limited to the park duo only.
Any time & location where there are more than one "target" , you can click on anyone else and then pick from "Impregnate XXX (current) , Show off (which I think is the target masturbating) and Threesome (or Foursome in some scenes).
Last one triggers a different scene where everyone's involved, but usually with one or two scenes that aren't "equal" to all the targets.
