A lot of devs fall into this trap. They manifest some random fuckdoll, with no personality, because they need to meet the 'sex quota,' for the update and they don't know how to, or they don't want to do anything with the core characters they already introduced. It doesn't take long after that, and then have a ridiculous bloated mess of a game, that goes nowhere fast storywise and it's filled with tons of boring sex scenes, because they are just randos that were tossed in to pander to specific fetishes or fill a demographic checklist.
