Download this for the english translation patch, extract and copy files to game folder.
I guess I did everything okay and make the best decisions but she's still dying cause that cold T.T

Are you still at the point where she dies every time? If so it's because one of the files remember's your choices (the one where you told her to fucking rest when she's got a cold, rather than nurse her. Seriously, nurse her. Please).
Anyways, back to my original point, the game remembers your choice (I don't think the other choices matter as much, they're just for raising affection) but I don't remember the exact file that is making it remember. Best shot - Redownload the whole game and re-apply the english patch (you probably still have the zip folder lying around hopefully) or try deleting the file 'startup.tjs' in the data folder, as that's my best guess to the file that's causing it. (Haven't tested, so don't blame me if it doesn't work).
To the question you just asked, it doesn't matter too much although I suggest let her handle the work. She feels bad about not doing anything after food and shelter and simply wants to help, so let her rather than make her feel like she's not needed.

If it's ads you just need to keep clincking the page until you're past the ads
if she die...pickup only 1(first up,don't pickup 2 down) decisions.buy cloches,food,pat head,chating.but try to mix it up.like example- 1 day 2 pat head 1 chat then outside cloching then rest of dai hald pat head half chat.2 day change only 1 - cloching to cafe+pancakes.then repeat.
- Avoid getting Bad Ending
- Do not have less than 45 love with Sylvie
- Never select the Touch option
- Must go together with Sylvie to the clothes shop and buy costume for her

I'm probably late, but I can contribute to the topic of her dying all the time. Make sure you visit both the clothing shop and the cafe.
When I fist took her out I didn't know the cafe existed and she seemed uncomfortable around people, so I took the alternative route, then kept going out every morning, so the cafe never appeared for me. In the end she died and I had no idea where did I go wrong.

It kept coming up with a facebook messenger app download page.
Just tried it once again and it instantly downloaded the 2.2 patch.

It's a bizarre how the updates have been for this game. Theres no goal whatsoever, I don't understand how that kind of game is popular amongst males in general.

@DLSmaster like @Vincidon said that type of ending. To bad she can't bare children, the scars i always saw like burned skin. But tks for the information
