You're right, I was about to write the same thing.
Was looking for mods & this place is a literal labirinth, jumping from a link to the other between tutorial text walls about versions & instructions.

So that's the game that girl I always see is from.. Is there sharing or can I corrupt her, make her promiscuous, dress her in revealing clothes, etc.?

Sharing? (heretic speech!) None of that. This is a mostly wholesome romance game.
No corruption unless you count her being more open and pleading for it when she becomes horny over time (different game settings affect this mechanic such as off/on and how often).
Promiscuous. Yes, kinda, or no. Depends on what behavior you have set in game settings.
Revealing clothes varies from version and mods. Currently without mod you cant make her go outside nude/in underwear/other clothing determined too revealing. Currently the game's world isn't hentai brained for that. The setting is in a normal town/city.

There are two versions commonly played now, an older 3.0 version, and the newer 4.0 version. 3.0 has more mods, a complete translation, and complete decensor. 4.0 has a newer art style, quick start feature, and a new clothing system, but no real mod support yet, along with an incomplete translation by itself and a few scenes still censored. You can choose whichever version you'd like, but I would go with 3.0 just for the better mod support.

The version of 3.0 on the front page is actually outdated right now. If you want to play 3.0, download the version on this post labelled "Teaching Feeling 3.0.22 (with everything tfpatchguy 17/11/2024)" near the bottom. The same post also has a few links to extra mods but those aren't necessary to the base experience of this game.

4.0 has a similar story, as a few patches have come out that the opening post version does not include. This post from the same guy has more info on how to patch it. Simply put, download for the in-game buttons to be translated, and apply it by putting it in the same folder as the game's executable, then hitting "apply patch" on the title screen of the game. Then, do the same for the patch labelled "TF_fix.tpatch" in . Doing both will translate the buttons, give you the latest dialogue translation and latest decensor (which are both around 95% done).

Please don't beat yourself over this, this thread is all over the place when it comes to patches and information, not to mention several versions of the same game also having different patch levels that are found only in posts far down and not the opening post.

Just wondering—does version 4.0.6 include newer in-game content than Teaching Feeling 3.0.22 (with everything from tfpatchguy as of 17/11/2024), or are they mostly the same, with 3.0.22 simply having additional modded content plus a full translation?

The only new content in 4.06 is a few scenes had the art updated, a redone outfit system, and the "to bed" scene had an extra position, making for 3 total (missionary, reverse cowgirl, and doggy style). Other than that, if the newer art does not interest you as much as modding stuff does, use 3.0.22.

The mods included in the pre-modded 3.0.22 game are a voice mod, exhibitionism, yandere mode (only affecting some of the dialogue), adding some outfits that were cut, custom outfits, and a few more I can't remember. There is also the mod made by LegionMP not included in the download that adds a festival with it's own scenes, a balcony scene, sex scenes with Nephy and Aurelia ported from a chinese mod, and more. See more on that mod here, just be careful about game versioning, as it is incompatible with the newest version of 3.0.22 I linked (very intuitive and not confusing, I know) unless you use the one he linked at the top of the post.

continue until end of the day
rinse and repeat

This was recently updated but I see no clue on what changed... the last changelog is from 6 years ago. Why is this game so messy with updating and modding?
