Oh Boy...
I don't even need to know this deleted comments to see what type of guy you are. Complaining about an Porn-Game which is given out for free, and than come with this kind of attitude. Feedback might be appreciate for most Developers, but entitled People like you don't get that only because you give Feedback or "Critique", it doesn't mean that Developers needs to add said suggestion to their games. Its still up to their decision and they know better what fits their vision of the Game.
And Argument about "criticism" and without it, the devs will never create an "Masterpiece". Well at first, there are many Game-Developers which did create Masterpiece's without your said Feedback. It would be one thing if we argue about Technical-Issues, but if it comes down to the rest... Secondly: If a Game Dev would follow up every critique and suggestion, it would be an absolute mess, because every Gamer have their own fair share of critique and suggestion, and this are most of the time even quite complete different things. The one find this should be tackled, in that direction, the next one want's quite the opposite. Than sometimes Devs follow the suggestion and criticism, and than there is the huge backlash of people who enjoyed it that way it was(because most of the time the people who appreciate your work are the silent ones... the minority often the loudest)... and everyone of them (yourself included) are entitled enough to think that they only spell out truth and facts. Third: How do you want to know that said Devs want to create an Masterpiece. Why is it so hard for People like you to gasp that many devs want to deliever / create their own Game based on their own Vision? And what use is it for said Devs if they they would deliever your "Masterpiece" but the Game itself is a hollow shell of the Game they wanted to create.
Also there is still a difference between OPINION, Critique and even further insults. Opinion is your own thing, and no-one can that take away. But an Opinion is subjective and not factual. Critique / Feedback might sometimes be more factual, but if it would be so, it still doesn't mean devs needs to follow it. And Insulting is self explanatory!
Last but not least: From someone who spout out so much nonsense about "Truth" and "Critique" etc, i expect that you sit in your free time down and try to develope your own Porn Game, than you can show if you stand with your entitled opinion correct and create an "Masterpiece".
I don't think that's the only or even the "real" Issue here and with most Games(and obviously also Porn-Games). But rather this "early access" -> playing while the Game still is work in progress thing. You follow a game which you like, and than play it from time to time with content drops(because Game-Developement takes time, and that count's even for Porn-Games), so you have like an long period of teasing(sometimes they are even pretty short in terms of content with each update) and often even re-playing the thing over and over again... and that can get pretty old pretty fast. I'd argue once you are finished with your Game, you will encounter some people who started than playing the game and enjoyed your Game fully, because than it's an full experience.
Not saying that Early Access is in general bad, because it does have advantages like work with Feedback and such, but overall it also comes from my Viewpoint alteast, with such an disadvantage as well. That's why i decided for many Games to wait until they are finished or simply wait for an longer time-period so they have some updates recieved.
Yeah i've to agree on that, and i find it kind of ridiculous if people expect more from it. Sure there are some exceptions and good examples, but i'd argue if you want more in that direction you should play proper Games or atleast something where Porn-Scenes are rather rare and the focus is more within terms of gameplay or / and narrative... like Visual-Novels like Deardrop, Cho Shingeki Stryker, or proper Games like Witcher 3. But the thing is(atleast for me) this Games aren't (proper) Porn-Games... due you have like 60 hours or more for Story and Gameplay and only a handfull of Sex-Scenes... and they don't exist for the purpose of fapping, but rather to give the Theme an more Adult-Touch / Atmosphere... due Sex is part of the adulthood... so it's also an act of balancing overall.
So to sum it up, while i appreciate Porn-Game-Developers who add an good narrative or good gameplay, i'd argue often the try for doing so often ends up to be more cringe than appreciable, and they rather should stick to their guns / vision.
And to expect realism in an porn game is like... oh boy. The whole Market is way too overtuned to begin with, that's not rare that people who grew up with porn are quite dissapointed that reality looks / feel so different. Genre's work different because rape, ntr etc in general is in Porn handled way differently than IRL...
