I run the setup program. It makes the cursor twirl for a few seconds, and then nothing. Won't install at all.

1) yes

2) only for your own character, as for other NPCs, either you find them wearing the clothing or trigger specific scenes in which they are forced to wear outfit.

3)When starting a new game you can sometime own the clothing, but for the most part you can buy them.

4) Male & female/Futa are the the only "two" restrictions. No cross dressing.

PS
If you want, you can add this file to you lifeplay folder.
Then "While Playing" if you press [`] (next to the [1] key & under [Esc]) and enter " Change_Uniform " you can change your companion's outfit.
I added more options to your scene. But it didn't work, can you help me?

I found the problem, you can't use Tab to edit scene.

Will the new scenes work on version 4.30 as I can't play the 5.0s versions as it always freezes when the animation starts?

FYI: I'm was not making that scene very seriously. I already made a much better scene for sexwork.
Note: I also was the one who made the beach & swim uniforms list. And I edited the sports one. I just did not add them because I don't consider the outfits 'fetish'.

Is there really Futa or Tranes in the game?
I call it futa because this game can have females with dicks as an option. And they can become pregnant (with enabled/disabled option) and get other girls pregnant.

Trans "not really" because males can't cross dress. But there is a game mode where a male is turned into a female/futa, though I don't think there is any way to turn back.

Pressing the key [`] has no effect

Department Stor and clothing store is Empty when i search for it nothing appears
A lot of things tend to be missing, especially in smaller cities. You either have to edit another building to one or before starting do the add random for the 3 types. Some cities don't even have HOUSES.

I for one do not understand the commitment to multiple cities, especially when adding features. It would be far easier to have a city the game is designed for (Bath or Fictional City?) then adapt the finalized template to other locales.

Having certain content or items only in certain cities is bad design.
