i think she needs you to buy her something from the shop. Cat ears and tail.
than give it to her.

Holy macaroni, 10gb? Is the game actually this big in terms of content? Or did the dev just not give a shit about compressing/optimizing?
she won't show up anywhere apart from school hall and the only thing she says is meow meow meow
btw I've completed all the others routes and already deleted the game

She does show up on the school's entrance bench in the evening, this is where you have to give her the cat costume and it's written in the guide, but whatever.
if by guide you mean character's menu then her character isn't open in the menu so there's no way of "reading" but whatever i already deleted the game

There is a tooltip when hovering your mouse on locked characters, which leads you to interact with her in the hallway and read MC's thoughts about offering her the costume in the evening, but the hint only appears once. I guess I'll make it a permanent hint until Nina is unlocked.

I really don't know how to deal with this kind of interaction.
If the bunny and the elf weren't new, you would have noticed them in one of your previous playthroughs.
If they are new, then you wouldn't have seen them in any of your previous playthroughs.
If this is your first time playing, then you wouldn't have been able to establish a hierarchy of character appearance order.
So I sincerely question the purpose of your question.

Hey there, amazing game. I started playing and it seems to have a lot of content, games like this motivate me to support.
I tried searching the forum comments but i didn't understand what was being said. Is there a way to make the menu at the bottom appear like in most renpy games (back, auto, save load, etc etc)?
PS: can i repeat the scenes?, where is it?

dont know how to have the bottom options.
But nearly all scene are repayable, so no Gallery.
Few need to be seen with the character select. the Hint screen.

Glad you liked the game.
Quick menu disabled not to mix with the area trriggering the navigation menu, plus it's also pretty pointless since you access the same actions with a simple right click.
You can repeat all the scenes, you just need to talk to the character at the day time you unlocked these scenes.
