Try Twisted Memories from BaiBai. It has pretty good animation and honestly the only koikatsu type game that i've seen here that is close to the quality of this one here.

Help, when I launch a game, the launch window opens and immediately closes.

It happened once to a guy who downloaded the game in their HDD and extracted it to an SSD.

Try downloading and extractring the game in the same disk.

Otherwse if this doesn't work, I don't know.
