You read the changelog wrong. The rework happened at v0.8 so none of your suggestion will happen. Also you came with the exact same statement in September and you apparently didn't read my answer..
I guess try again in November.

Vinkawa You should probably just optimize you PNGs. I have not deeply looked into it, but I assume the game is so big cause you have huge PNGs and not only cause of the 123 webms. Converting the pngs into 95-97% quality webps would already reduce the size greatly. More information here: A QUICK GUIDE TO COMPRESSING IMAGES. As you build the Android yourself. Just use my PC compression to build Android, no need to wait for a porter

lmao that changelog was the BEST!! this is my first time trying this game but I see such kind of comments on other games as well so I understand the Dev being annoyed by it
I don't understand why people gripe about having to start over especially with your game almost every update you put out was almost a completely different experience. Plus with the improvements you made to the grind was great and worked well. Your game is amazing once I straight out my stuff I'll be heading to Substar. Keep up the great work.
