MC is basically treating almost everyone like shit at the moment, I doubt any of the LIs are considering an exclusive relationship with him.
Most of them have oral and sex scenes because they have to.
A few of them might be growing a little romance vibe, but that's not developed enough to bring the Cheating/NTR stuff on the table because some cat girl fucked one of them in a skippable (soon avoidable) scene.
The best thing would be to try the game and see if it fits your kinks, and if it does not, well, it happens.

I feel like in the eyes of most people, a harem is a loyal relationship with obligations, at least from the haremees to the haremer. Personally I don't think this addition will have any issues for me based off of the prior ones, but definitionally it does feel like you're work from a different base than most folks.

I see the game on my watchlist, gets deleted for a tag I personally dislike. I just wanted clarification. There's no real need to get upset over anything. From my knowledge, it only really gets added when that stuff is really in.

I agree with the sense that it's not really NTR for a harem to be some mega sex orgy with the people in it, just sounds like the swinging tag to me. Not something I like but I'm not gonna cry over it.
