yes, If you are a member you can get it on release. Vink is the only one that actually works hard and keeps his promises while delivering content that shouldn't be this cheap.

yes, but you should create a request thread. i'm also aware of daz3d and honey select devs that are also consistent and professional.
personally i don't begrudge someone inconsistency if they're doing an artistic endeavor, much less one that usually has to be a secondary labor so they can do things like afford to eat, but i do also appreciate when someone is consistent.
