As to incest, there is none in my game. If you mod it with some patch, or tweak around with labels in the settings (after clicking through some warnings on this very subject), you can make it appear like there is, but that's on you, really.
Hard to say, but I can easily do again this amount of content just with the story arch I've got planned. We need at least 3 more chapters anyways, since we have 2 more ladies from the MA pool to work with and they need a joint performance in the end I'd say. (nothing set in stone yet).
