If it's the same computer, and you're using Windows, Ren'py will reference the saves stored under the AppData folder, generally regardless of game version and game files location. Even if you never saved, there should be autosaves.
The AppData folder is one of the things I always back up when switching, and I always keep the data drive from the previous computer (if not the whole computer). It's where most program settings are stored, and while many programs render that useless by making them device-specific, there's a bunch more where you can effectively copy the folders directly over with no issues.Sadly I upgraded recently :/

Go into preferences, check options to skip "unseen text", "after choice" and "transitions" and press tab, then use the number keys to very quickly go through your prefered choices. You'll be up to speed in no time.yeah my laptop died, and i went to pc, so i really have no way of getting it back now
I appreciate this postI'm a very fast reader and I had to get some sleep after 7 hours straight of doing this story from the beginning again last night. And almost every single scene in that 7+ hours was unique. For those interested in such things.. un-ren the game and take a look how NR structures things. There's like 7 chapters, each with 6 or 7 "sub-chapters"(?) and each of those sub chapters has like 6-8 scenes.
Every single one of those scenes was constructed separately. They may have shared some renders here and there, but the script was unique on them all. Even the morning massage routine that some people mentioned was different every time! Can you imagine how much effort went into that? Most other devs would just go the sandbox route and make those scenes loop and repeat. In this game, I looked forward to the slow build up of sexual tension between the MC and Denise every day.
The renders changed almost every single dialogue sentence. And there was usually a lot of stuff going on that you had to look to see... like Denise playing with the MC's cock through his shorts with her little finger, during popcorn night ... or a fucking Bear molesting Macy in the background while you're focusing on an indepth convo between Denise and the MC, Haha That shit is what makes erotica so much more satisfying then straight up porn. I mean, if I just need to get a nut off on some family stuff, I'll go look up some Corey Chase vids on XNXX.
Hey naughty I just noticed the cum taste thing was mentioned in the post update stats thing. is it worth a replay to see what happens if I don't eat the fruit like Denise wants? Not sure if it will change her and Macy's reactions in scenes like the night one in previous update or just make her angry and mess up the route.Go into preferences, check options to skip "unseen text", "after choice" and "transitions" and press tab, then use the number keys to very quickly go through your prefered choices. Don't forget to turn those off again whey you're ready to play, especially the "transitions", because the graphics will just skip over the transforms and that makes the figures and camera jump.
They do react differently, but I personally feel that them having a bit of a bleh reaction isn't that much fun.Hey naughty I just noticed the cum taste thing was mentioned in the post update stats thing. is it worth a replay to see what happens if I don't eat the fruit like Denise wants? You know...I was really starting to agree with you, but aren't reviews, in general, just someone's opinion? Look at sites like Amazon. People are constantly giving their opinions on a product and why. It's not like Krugger just left one line, "characters are ugly". Krugger left a pretty detailed post on why. I don't agree with it, but I can see their point of view. And it wasn't just focused on their looks. They talked about gameplay and content. I think this is all relevant in a review, because it gives other people of similar mindset an idea of what content is like in this game and therefore, helping them decide if they want to play it. For example...there is a whole lot of MC just jacking himself off. Someone coming in to read the review might see that and feel like this isn't the game for them. Also, for many people, just having a good story is not enough. The other factors weigh in.I just reported Kruggers review and advice anyone else to do the same. Not because i hate the guy for giving a 1 star review. But simply for the fact that thats no review at all but a personal opinion about stuff he disliked that have nothing to do with the game itself.
If you don't like (insert kink here) games it's redundant to review one.
Same goes with a review that gives 1 star without a reason to do so other than "me don't like" thats not a review thats just shitting on someones work because you can.
Furthermore i highly advice everyone reviewing this game to "THINK" before typing absolute horseshit. If you dislike the models or they are not to your liking thats fine. Leave. Making a review about that is pointless. Same goes for making a review and adress stuff that is forbidden in the OP and by the mod team. You do not comment on the ladies looks in a negative way. If they are not to your liking. Leave.
Ofc you can write a review only on characters and story.
Or one about lightning and scene making.
Or yet another one only focusing on the music or the atmosphere.
Hell you can review whatever you want. But be fair ffs. If it is not 5 star to you it is fine to not give 5.
But 1 basically means you disliked the game alot and compared to alot of shitty games on this board anyone giving this a 1 has either never played it or is just downright trying to review crash a game.
1 star reviews can be done by games who are faulty or buggy or similar stuff. Not because you dislike the approach the dev has for telling his story.
Yeah that might be the case. I would expect that if there were some sort of installer though, but I've always just:I wonder if it's desktop environment dependent because on my machine most renpy game saves go into $HOME/.renpy/gamename-##########/ folder and have the #-#-LT1.save naming scheme. Though there are a few that fall back to the ./game/saves location.
