Actually that's a great point, the bear is really a Russian Nesting Bear.
For reference, the bear in this game is actually the smallest one. They wanted to add Macy into their nest so the smallest bear wouldn't be the smallest anymore.

Flemish people in general don't make a big deal about what you call it, either way is fine. Just don't say a Netherlander speaks Flemish they'll more than likely correct you on it, not in a bad way of course, so calling it Dutch is prob easiest.
For reference, I'm Flemish and if you count English then quite a few ppl are trilingual, German not so much.

As weird as it sounds, The Sims 4 NPC, Arun Bheeda reminds me of Macy. Yeah, if I was gay, I'd hit it.
Also, I swear I went to school with someone who looked a lot like Macy and there was another girl who looked a lot like Denise in another class across from mine. *sigh* Should have went for it.
