I am not naughtyroad - but it is common sense that you should not expect the next update for at least a year from the last update. While a new computer could speed up the time it takes to render (which is usually set up to do while naughtyroad does other things) - it doesn't speed up brainstorming, writing, posing, coding, revising, editing, etc.

I said at least a year, I didn't say "just a year."

For the record, here are the last 4 chapters and their update times:

Chapter 8 - 16 months
Chapter 7 - 19.5 months
Chapter 6 - 11 months
Chapter 5 - 8 months

That's an average of close to 14 months.

You should not expect anything less than one year from now. It could be 14 months, 18 months, 22 months... it could be 10 months. But you should not not expect anything less than a year. At least a year.



It's a game that naughtyroad gives away each update for free to everyone.
It's a game that is filled with quality narrative, choices, images, and more with a lot of content with each update.
Ergo, it's going to take a significant time for it to be developed.

And if you find it difficult to wait, there are 20,134 other games on F95 to help you keep your mind off waiting. Or, there are so many other things in life to do than play adult games to pass the time.

Love this game and the update was great. I am really buying in to the story and have started to fantasize about what that male creep at the office may do. I understand there will be no NTR (?).The cute relation and dialoge with the 3 MCs is still amazing.
The only minus from my perspective was the ONE image in the shower (watersport). I have been waiting a year for that play to develop.
But except that,thank you Naughy Road, you are the best!

It might not be worth it, but could there be a setting or a choice at some point where I indicate I don't care about Macy saying "Fuck" in conversation? Seems like a small thing but being presented with the choice multiple times in a row really breaks immersion.

Agreed, like seriously, she's an adult, she can say whatever the fuck she wants. I don't think I've even used the "language!" option at all, unless she said something meant in a mean way, so yeah I can agree it gets old.

I like it.

From a parent/guardian/foster parent/caregiver standpoint - if she wants to live in his house, she should expect to follow his rules - even if she is an adult. His rules include her not saying "fuck."

I use the "language!" option 99% of the time. I enjoy the way naughtyroad has written Macy's various reactions to the MC calling her out on it.

There is an achievement for calling Macy out on her language, I think 10 times in a single play through. I haven't checked if there is an achievement for letting it slide.

Changing the names and relationships between characters was beyond confusing, make it one screen with clear arrows and character pictures, writting it all out as you have done nearly doesnt make sense.
I understand your trying to avoid issues with sites not wanting to host you, but this method could mean the dialogue you care so much about ends up making no logical sense

If your talking about the rubbing scenes that is not was being asked, poster wanted to know if there is any sex scenes without Macy and as far as I remember its a no.

They didn't say "sex scenes" they said "scenes." There are quite a few lewd scenes with Denise, solo. The bathroom scenes, yes. The making a video game scene, yes. The dining room table scene, yes. And you are correct that there are no full sex scenes with Denise solo.

Still, my comment stands: they should not just start with Chapter 8, read and play Chapters 1-7 first.

No one should expect Denise-only sex scenes, in the end. If they come, it will be a pleasant surprise. But that doesn't appear to be Denise's motivation.
