I know it's kinda boring to ask, but does somebody have a save file? Since the last update i changed my PC and lost a bunch of things, including it. And yes, i played the whole first season. I would really love to watch the scenes with the two sisters again from the ending of episodes 6-7 cause i don't remember if the first game has a gallery. Thanks everyone.

It couldn't find my save files from my last playthrough. Though I don't where they would be to check and make sure. Going ahead anyway with the default. I'll just do another full playthrough at some point during the wait for the next release.

%appdata%/RenPy and then look for your Light of My Life game folder. if there isn't one, you either didn't play on that computer or you deleted it.
0.7.0? That sound like a really old release.
From the game:
This option requires that you played through the previous chapter (Chapter 7) with Light of my Life version 1.0.0 or higher on this computer and played all the way through the end game summary and the bonus scene to the point where it flashes a short notification saying 'Making end-of-chapter autosave and exporting choices.'
Did you see that notification? If not, you're not on 1.0.0 or better.
Note, no need to replay a lot, just loading the "save your game here" save from chapter 7 and clicking once should get you to the point where it exports.
The game has two ways of continuing from chapter 7 (PC/Linux/Mac).
One is by loading it from the Multi-Game Persistent file called ch7end.loml.naughtyroad, which should live under C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\persistent.
The second is from continuing the autosave called ch7_end_game-LT1.save, which would live under C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\LightofmyLife-1547911404.
Note, this isn't a manual save file you create yourself, it's automatically created at the end of Chapter 7 (v1.0.0+).

Out of curiosity, how is it currently 0.8.0 when the previous was apparently 1.0.1?
Season 2 is a new package, it has it's own, separate versioning, and using 0.8.x makes it easy to remember it's chapter 8.
Chapter 1-7 got 1.0.x because it's complete and won't get new content, so it's out of early access, so to say.

Tbh, it's a somewhat nerve-wracking affair for a dev introducing a male character who isn't gay or otherwise unavailable, and right now I'm kinda dreading the moment the first person goes on an NTR rant (which, to make absolutely clear, is not in any way or form in the cards here, which will have one side of the aisle cheer and the other sigh in disappointment no doubt)
Definitely scripted. The whole clumsily telegraphed cliffhanger depends on it.

I applaud your attitude...although I would have liked the videos from Ep 8 to re-live those times after I have played it through a time or two. Didn't know about (or download) your previous stuff from Season 1, so not a major loss to not have this collection also. Only takes one A**hole to ruin it for everyone else - but I am willing to bet it wasn't just one!! The older I get, the more I become convinced that humanity is a failed experiment.

I did this, and the Season 2 game immediately warns me that I've locked out the Brooke and Coven relationships. Is it at all possible there's a problem with the save import? I definitely anointed the Coven.
hahahaha i just found out that if you say all the worng options at the start he and disagree with him he closes you the game xD
