The change in job and home address happens between the chapters. Also, Paola(?) - you mean Brooke.

It shouldn't be confusing, it even talks about the change in the dialogue and narrative in the first day of game play in Chapter 8.

I personally loved the update, culmination of a long time of tension brewing. The dialogue and art were great as usual. Sure it was short, but I didn't have to wait too long for it. Sure it ended on a cliff-hanger, hey that's story telling. I am just a total sucker for the girls. So please keep up the great work NR!

The only thing I know is never to put anything possibly related to underage characters (school uniforms, school settings, childish mannerisms/behavior...).

I don't wanna belabor this but I'm pretty sure all that happened is that whoever took a look at the game decided that the school scenes didn't look "university" enough for them and called it a day.

O peoples of the interwebs, I need help with an achievement

It's for season 1, during week 5, between "locally sourced" and "help a mother out" The scenes for those achievements come one right after the other so I'm guessing it requires some alternate choices?

Any help appreciated, spoilers welcomed. Thx!
