I don't wanna belabor this but I'm pretty sure all that happened is that whoever took a look at the game decided that the school scenes didn't look "university" enough for them and called it a day.

Those achievements are for the scenes with Sarah, the pregnant office character. You had the option to have Lou spend some quality time with her - you much have made different choice(s).
No, I mean, I got both of those achievements, I'm missing the one between them. The first was from a a scene where Sierra gets some milk from Sara, the latter is from saying yes to Zarah, right after that scene
I understand now. I played all that prior to the achievements being coded so, best of luck. I assume you had Lou go to the restroom with Sierra and lived out her fantasies there.
Yup lol, pretty sure that was required for those two. after a search, seems like other person commented they were missing the same achievement so I'm not the only one lol
