I'm not 100% sure (only 99,43%), but I don't think there was ever a problem with LoML saves, so I would say, no, there will be probably no save problems.

They didn't put a 'Pregnancy' tag in the list because no one likes it! (The upcoming new tag list even expands on it, with 'pregnancy' — for women who are already pregnant — and 'impregnation' — for getting them that way!)

I have to say I think it's too early for the mc to get the girls pregnant.
I hope the mc waits until Denise has finished school.
And they have a bigger house & more money.
after all, raising two kids isn't cheap.
And they need more room than what they have at the moment imo
