I extracted the text using Ren'Py without any adaptation/preparation/checks to estimate the extent of work and there seems to be about 280-300 thousand words (that's approximately 1120-1200 pages). So the names are your least problem. Also, some names have the same form in Russian no matter what case (Дениз, Мейси, Брук).

Steam allows for multiple accounts. Porn games rarely have strong system demands, so I just play that account on an old laptop, and flip my mouse, keyboard, and screen to control by that device.

Except for the most robust porn game of all, Skyrim, but no one knows why I have 1500 hours logged.

Names and relations is not a problem, if remove ability to input it manualy. If someone wants to call Denise Машей, we get a problem with cases. Russian language is more complicated with its cases. Not only translation of this game have this problem, but for ex. Age of Wonders 4 or Stellaris, where you can input names of races and heroes, also cannot deal with the cases. They tried to add endings for nouns, but it was not enough, so most of the names are shown incorrect.

And yes, I understand a huge ammount of text, and that it will take about a year to deal with it. And probably I will hate the game at the end)) Anyway, I suppose for most of people machine translation is enough, so there is not any necessity to do it manualy)
