It's in the factory that's in the slum, near the house the two live in. It's on the right side, but only Lilia can access it. I think the default chance to steal is 40-something%? Might need to save-scum if you want to grab it like that, or just build Lilia's dex up with that one job that raises dex. But that might take a while.

If I'm not mistaken, that one is from one of the lines of punishment that happen when you fail to pay the interest on any given day. Though I think you can also access those by having Lilia defeated in the higher dungeon floors which leads to her being recovered by what's his face's men. Not sure though.
Been a while since I played the game and the gallery doesn't have the scene codes.
Not sure if it was malicious or just a really bugged download, but I just used the mixdrop link to download this. After it finished downloading the file refused to be moved or deleted. I was forced to restart in safe mode to remove it. I can't find any malware and didn't even extract the file. I get paranoid when files act suspicious. My virus scanner couldn't even scan it. It just got stuck at 1%.
