That honestly makes even less sense given some games have an MC getting nailed in front of their lover and is said in-game to be a netorare or netorase but I'll just leave it at that.

If Im being honest, I havent played the game yet due to sudden influx of good hentai game uploads so I only based my assumptions through the screennshots.

If what you said was true, then yes, this has to have ntr tag.I also checked the dlsite, and it is tagged ntr. I suggest OP adding the tag.

I have no idea how to modify the virginity. I think I can do the body development. But do you really need that? Because you can just buy the potions that can increase and decrease them anyway.

File isn't available until you progress the story enough to steal (at which point the entire game's economy is broken). It's in the factory as Pink, small room on the right side before selecting which job you want to do for the day.

Shovel crafting is automatically added to crafting later in the story.

You can't really progress the dungeon until the story allows it, so check with the hint system in the menu (press either shift or c? I can't remember) to see if you should even be bothering to go down. Basically climb down to unique floor, get story event, do whatever the hint says until it you can go deeper.

You will run into dungeon mechanics that can't be done until you hit the relevant story event. The game likes to tease a lot of depth, but goes nowhere with it and by the time you can reach those resources they're largely irrelevant. Despite what seems to be a unusually high amount of effort put into the exploration/combat/mechanics it's really no different than the average linear RPG Maker game.
