Maybe pronounce them "gwenny", "gwEEny", and "gwe-eny"? Honestly, though, I see no difference.

But seriously, my best guess would be that the first two are supposed to be the same and the misspelling is a missing second n. That, or vice versa (a missing second e meant to be the third one). Then one of them would be more of a cutsie, lover type of thing, and the other would be a friend-oriented nickname. I don't think it's meant to be three different names for her. But what do I know? I just interpreted them that way.
