Yep he has been adding other stuff for a long time now and the story was left on the wayside it was originally supposed to come out with 3.8 or 3.5 but he kept pushing it further along the line i think he said now that it would be in 4.0.0, which he also says will be out before the end of this year

100%. You're not supposed to be able to become a half-demon (except briefly during the transformation scene with Lyssieth into full demon).
I'm pretty sure you can still type "buggy" to pull up the debug menu. It has, among other things, a button to add lots of money.

Just walk into any street tile, I think ideally without anything special on it, and type buggy.
After that, money is the button in the lower left.

just get a slavers license, then capture succubus/incubus. Prior to putting collar on them, modify them to produce huge quantities of modified milk/semen (like vanilla/choco and slimy or whatever don't remember what is the most profitable combination) THe most important part to put regeneration of said fluids high up.
Then make them work the stalls in the mansion and put it automatically to sell. And collect money from mansion.
No cheats needed. Huge steady income.

If you (or anyone else) still having trouble with Java version on Mac. What you need to do is to put folder with game into Finder>Applications.

Dark siren scythe is OP. That thing made me invincible. I was expecting to fight lyssieth with it but was dissapointed when it did not happen. Oh well it seems like we have to wait for lunette to see how we compare to elder liln
Actually, yes you are able to be a half-demon or any other race in the game ... 'sort-of' at this point. And, furthermore it is right in the program and presented to the player that you are able to do so *and* the mechanics of the way will be paved and seamless eventually (that's why I kept saying "yet" in my post).
Proof:
1) While playing the game, have *any* non-player charatcer—even a half-demon—on the main screen (while fighting, communicating, or whatever).
2) Click the "Export" icon: it is in the lower-right corner of the game screen, the 4th icon from the right.
3) Start a new game. After you get to the "Content Options" screen there will 2 tabs you can click to begin the game—choose the "Start (Import)" button.
4) Choose the character you Exported in #2, above. A note at the top-middle of the game screen states:
"Imported Character
"TODO: I will enable the ability to go through the full character creation with imported characters at some point!"
"TODO: I will enable the ability to go through the full character creation with imported characters at some point!"
There you (and everyone else) can *already* play a half-demon character right from the start of the game, from now to forever (apparently). And it is all orthodox and within the rules, too—this is NOT a cheat or mod!
Unless there is some news that game-insiders have that is not available to the rest of us, then, YES we *can* play half-demon characters but this is not fully implemented. Now I found one (or more?) bugs that will eventually need to be addressed and then I asked politely that my sort-of-bug be forwarded to the best place (because I can't reliably get these sites to work for me, as I've stated here before).
Half-demon characters are here and/or on the horizon. So, is everyone agreed, yet? Is it okay that I found a soon-to-be game bug concerning a race that is "currenlty not-normal but might be"?

Inno has more than enough actual and immediately relevant bugs so I wouldn't want to bother her at this time with things that kinda sorta might be bugs if you play in unintended ways. Just use the debug menu to reset your race or something.

I have *not* made any mention for any need for immediate attention to the problem I found and I don't believe there is any need for that kind of attention to be paid to it now, anyway. In my 'problem found' post I deliberately stated that in at least twice!
