It's just a problem of compatibility. Saves from old versions will show those stores as empty.

The question then becomes how far back can you go without the compatibility issue. The save I'm using I started with 2.6 and have kept using it with each update, just to see what the new features are. I've never had a problem.

Have in mind that the game develops fast.
It has drastic changes every couple updates, with new system features, so a very old save will have an issue somewhere.
In this particular case, seems like a big problem. I'm using a save from the previous version, and there shouldn't be any problem since the update doesn't affects anything related, but I have the same empty slave houses.
Inno actually said she had a big bug, but if it turns out to be a game issue she'll do a hotfix, maybe it's related to this.

I haven't run into difficulty so far. *knocks wood* But I understand that a save made with an older version may not be compatible with the current one. That's pretty much a standard issue when creating a game.
Possibly. Inno's really good at getting major bugs fixed fairly quickly.

Grow a penis by echanting the item that triggers transformation by adding a penis grow effect of the species you want. If you only want balls but no penis, afaik that's not possible since you can't change balls at all in the enchant system.
kinda new with this game and was using the debug feature, but which items would cause the mc to grow a penis?
I thought it might've been that aswell, but I made a new save and tried it again - same problem. Oh well...
Colouring pens, or whatever they are called. They sure look like a stick. I think you can both buy and find them.

You can also dye item for free once you've learned enough Earth spells to unlock the perk. IIRC it's three spells.

For those having problems with the stores not stocking stuff (items and slaves), just simply go home, and use the "rest ti'll morning" action.
We usually keep playing, and might just use "rest" whihc it's only 4 hours, like taking a good nap.
"rest until morning" counts as a full night sleep, even if it's only a couple hours or less. Note there's a faded black-out, which I assume it does a kind of game internal run check up.
This works with older saves, but don't be extreme.
An imported character from 5 updates ago will casues issues, since there are new mechanics and the new game wouldn't recognize old ones, or will look for things that weren't implemented yet.

After going to the phone, selecting transformation, one of the tabs is wings. From there you can adjust wing size.

Complete Nyan's sidequest, she's the clothing store owner in the arcade cum mall diagonal from Liliya's house. After doing that sidequest by beating up two random thugs, you can access the 'special' clothing tab at Nyan's store, which has the maid clothing among other articles once she restocks.
