The sad thing is that all of those thousands of mechanics are extremely superficial. They dont matter one bit except give you some stats buffs/debuffs even in the best case. After Elis quest you can remove that captured centaurs collar with which she's chained in the tent during sex scene and she wont run away. You can get addicted to some NPCs cum and aside from Roxy addiction which gives you a tiny bit of scripted interactions it doesnt matter besides some stat debuffs during withdrawal. You can enchant potions to make NPCs shit out over a hundred babies per pregnancy and they'll still be able to work normally while pregnant.
The story in the game is very short, the sandbox part of the game, while wide, is very shallow. Yes, some clothes consist of 4 different parts each of which you can color independently, but it doesn't bring anything to the game. You can pierce bodyparts with dozens - maybe even hundreds - of different piercings but functionally they're all exactly the same.
