I don't like the fact that the poster ID is cut off. Was this from Innoxia directly, or from some frequent contributor or something? "Cope, seethe, or mald" is just so far away from how Innoxia usually talks. I'm not ruling out a character arc, though.
I didnt want to post the wall of text that was posted there. ebonheart2319 answered it, its not from Innoxia, its from DSG. I have the discord muted because there is too much furry porn spam so I missed this joke.

Man, if they cant even pad out the changelog, will this ship finally finish sinking. This has to be one of the slowest sinking ships in history. They should learn from it and make the Titanic 2 out of similar stuff.

didnt think the screenshot in a spoiler would work, who knew...

In other words, "Do Inno's work for free and shut up".
And holy hell, 3-6 months for Inno to even grace the proposal with her attention? I have to wonder just what is she busy with, because clearly it's not making the game... besides, is that the usual Inno deadline estimate?
Not to mention up to several years even if you do all the work for them and all they have to do is merge it in...

Speaking of merging, wasn't the Doll things a mod at first? then Inno came and in and merged it and that took like 4 months to add the location and then 3 more months TO BE ABLE TO BUY THE DOLLS.

They were in-game mind you and completely functional outside of increasing dick size iirc, same thing with Youko you can get Youkos to spawn in, it's just that they are very unlikely to show up on events *and* you can't get them in combat tiles.

Its from DSG.
Last month.
DSG and AceXP are confirmed part of Inno's Dev Discord.
That post is functionally from Inno's mouth.

Contributions are at an all time low since Inno's work is nonexistent.
They NEED to pad the changelog and literally can't.
Modders can't mod because the code is so jank.
So wait, there's less than 800 suckers paying her bills? :D

Subscrbiestar is weird, on the side it says there are 858 subscribers, but if you sum up the individual tiers it comes up to 1019. I assume only Innoxia knows the real number. And it's probably not that low because we are still getting "sorry" posts and attempts at an update

only counting what's publicly available:

she's making $5715/month as of today at 05:00 UTC May 24, 2024

as of 02:44  UTC February 6, 2024 she was making $5809 a month.

in the last three months she has gained eight $10/month subscribers, gained six $1 dollar supporters and lost thirty six $5 dollar supporters.

I hate to say it but I think her pathetic "sorry" posts are somewhat working.

I suspect a large number of subscribers have merely forgotten they were subscribed. There's been studies on this, a significant number of people still pay for subscriptions they don't even use. Many people just don't pay attention to their finances and it only gets harder the more subscriptions they have.

Still, it's a real possibility it will eventually come to an end for Innoxia. More people will eventually remember to end their subscription or their cards will expire (if they were paying through one). Subscribestar could tank one day. Subscribestar might one day make a policy change, either to appease a third party (investor/credit card company/etc) or because it was acquired, which could make the platform less sustainable for Innoxia.

All these corporations need is "plausible deniability"

For example, if you code the story in a way that you can manually input your relationshipo with a sexable character and nothing in the narrative specifically hints any relation outside what the user inputs, if people inputs "mom" or "sister" it's on the user

If you make a game highly modable, you can't be made responsible if people make a shady mod

You can't even blame de mods devs if they made their mods so customizable that someone adds a 'dark side' to something like whicked whims

In the case of a game like Lilith's Throne, modding is so easy that anything that gets banned could be stripped and the community can easily bring it back without making the dev responsible

Not sure how we got here, but I'm not complaining.
