Basically, yeah. I think I will be approaching fifty before I can finally crack one off in Lilith's eye. It will be like an eye exam, just a puff of air.

The difference is that multiple countries have laws about that. I don't know of any country that forbids the depiction of slavery.

Don't ignore the other half of the statement. The UK and Germany have laws against "extreme pornography" including simulated or staged rape while other countries such as the US have cases where simulated rape has been prosecuted, yet you can easily find threads with rape discussions. Beyond that, name me some first world countries that specifically persecute written erotica about minors since I have trouble finding them outside of Canada and the laws I've read so far focus on visuals.

Edit: Wait, am I being hypocritical here since I've also yet to evidence that written rape depictions are criminalized?

I've got this update finished and just need to spend a few days testing and fixing bugs before I can release it. I'll be releasing this update as a preview version early next week, and then I'll spend one week fixing more bugs and tidying things up before releasing the public version.
I'm sorry once again for my appalling lack of communication and slow updates this year. I really haven't been in a good place mentally for the past 6 months or so, which has really impacted my ability to focus on writing content for Lilith's Throne. I know that I should have kept in touch and at least made a post every couple of weeks or so to let you know that I was still working on the update, but without having it finished I just felt like I was failing you all and was too ashamed to say that I still hadn't got the update ready.
Thank you all so much for continuing to support me during this time. I have still been working on Lilith's Throne all this time, but my progress has been quite poor. I really should have had this update finished about 3-4 months ago. I'll do my best to not let this happen again.

most people prefer honesty. they'd rather get regular posts of "havent gotten anything done" than complete silence or what she's been doin: always promising "its almost done" with several months of silence inbetween...

On the off chance Inno decided to take up a different career, she should get into PR. The fact she still has a following despite giving these apology letters on a semi-regular is honestly impressive.
Side note: I used to do a fresh run per update to hunt for bugs, but now I don't know if I should bother.

The last few updates focused on the Dolls, so I'd guess that this continues this before they return to the main storyline again.

I think it's more of an anxiety issue. You promise content will be done, miss that deadline and consider either telling people it might get delayed ... or just work more and release an update shortly later. Except your anxiety kicks in even more and you can't properly work.
It's usually more about being afraid of confrontation or disappointing people, and the response to a delayed update is probably better than to a delay announcement. It's rarely a decision borne of logic.
I've definitely been there and decided to power through a few days, and still didn't get it done, but usually not when money is involved.

Yeah, but tell that to an anxiety-ridden mind. Like I wrote, it's not a decision born of logic.
Not that I know they're suffering from anxiety in that regard, but I can see parallels to my own behavior (and a couple people who have similar issues) there.

underage content rules have always confused me, its seemingly not allowed despite the jannies making several exceptions

You know im going to be generous to inno and actually assusme this is true, if that's the case she's really letting herself be stuck in a hard place.

If Her mental headspace hasn't actually been good for years, she should've taken a break way back then, the fact people have been taking this kind of dogshit sschedule proves they could've waited, if inno WASN'T able to get into the right headspace, then she shouldn't ve ever made games in the first place, cruel, but it's the truth.
This woman has displayed an alarming inability to properly communicate and work on her projects, i know people want to believe she's milking her patreons, yeah im aware and not naive enough to believe that can't be the case. But im far more willing to believe this woman is just retarded rather than a malicious scammer.

How adorable, you honestly think Inno will follow through on this.

Having said that:
ASSUMING that Inno actually gets an update out, I believe that it will be a tiny dribble of side content (from contributors), a crap pile of bug fixes, and yet another promise that they are going to work diligently on the next version. Inno will add in the bonus of actually finishing the content they spoke about in June, about finishing the Doll content and a new bad end.

Inno will then disappear and we MIGHT hear something about how hectic the holidays were and 'they were in a bad place', but now that the holidays are over Inno is going to get back onto the game ... Followed by another few months of silence.

Don't forget that this is pretty much the same shit Inno has said in April. Then continued the excuses and reiterating it will just be a few more weeks/days in June, July, and August, before finally just saying fuck it and not even bothering to comment about anything.
