That and it would probably be a pain anyway. You have to create a company if you want the best management (and the best taxes reductions due to company costs) of your employes possible, to pay said employees as well, and have as much legal recourses possible if they slack or go awol. You would probably need to declare the company's revenues but if you want to do that correctly you might as well hire a competent accountant. Might also do a proper divide of both actives and pasives incomes otherwise the HMRC might become mad---If I had to throw my cynic thoughts into the ring I would guess she doesn't hire extra people as maybe a control thing. She hires some extra people then she loses the ability to set things her own pace (or lack of one).
Honnestly, If I was a porn game dev, I would dread that shit too. Hell, I'm already dreading this shit, fuck taxes even if they make sense.
