Sorry to combo break the dev trash talk train, but I must ask my QUESTION.

How exactly are you supposed to cope with sadism/masochism constantly increasing your lust gains in combat?
Combat is a trainwreck in this game. You are pretty much intended to craft super weapons and just one-shot the enemy with melee as the player wins all 'double KOs'; magic/lust builds were nerfed to oblivion and never revisited. Summon an elemental to soak damage for you when fighting groups or playing on high difficulties.

To be fair to her, I think that may be Google's doing, since they have incorporated it into their disgusting eldritch mass.
I believe this is between blogspot/google, not something Inno could actually affect.

And as far as disabling comments go, remember how it was only ever meant to be a temporary measure?
Thank you folks for educating me. I had no idea that's the one thing that isn't on her. And yeah, I 'member. Only a temporary action, of course, just like missing deadlines.

fyi the login easily be bypassed
hot damn... I guess I'll be heading to a certain blog and try that. Thank you!

Y'all are here complaining about story updates when something as fundamental as combat is fucked :KEK:
Them screwing it up since the last time I seriously played is such bullshit.
Magic being nerfed to oblivion and thus useless despite still being a method of combat in the game always made my eye twitch like why literally make everything except one type of fighting useless. And then make that a slog as well.

To be fair there's a way to stunlock enemies with magic, which... really is only useful against multiple opponents. Even then melee is way stronger still

If you don't want to have slaves, is there any way to make money other than gambling?
Channel your inner Elder-Scrolls murderhobo and loot absolutely everyone. There's Succubi that spawn in chapels during October (always drops a witch set too for tidy profit), or in the back alleys. Beat their ass to death and loot everything they have on them then flog it at any stores you can once your inventory is full and repeat. Only good source of income for us anti-slavery people.

As I recall, enchantment cheese was what I did once looting became extremely tedious to sell. Probably a post or guide somewhere, but basically just farm essence during storms with the broken combat system giving dozens, enchant clothing with something, and sell. I forget if it's a specific enchantment or not though. After a point you don't really need money either unfortunately.

  1. When creating a character choose to have all piercing slots pierced with Platinum piercings and wear the most expensive necklace, anklet and bracelets you can.
  2. Sell it all until you have enough to buy/learn all Earth spells to unlock free clothing/weapon dyeing
  3. Go to Submission and fight Imps and Slimes, loot their jewelry and dye it Platinum to sell for big bux $$$

I don't care to boot the game up to find the exact details but one of the element school bonuses is making certain potion traits free / super cheap so you can turn food and essences into a huge quantity of money via potion. I think you can save a potion as a template to do it fast.

At the risk of being accused of masturbating, I mashed together a rough guide about the main ways to make money.

As we do, yeah. Hell, some people think part of the problem is that being fucked is not in the combat.

As FranklinClinton said, just park on the purple tiles and rob the succubus that spawn there. They will usually have both a decent amount of money and have weapon stones on them, that sell for a fortune despite being mediocre weapons lol.

Nice guide. Unfortunately, now you will have to remember me as the one that took your 1000 like virginity. :KappaPride:

For anyone running into issues running on linux post 10.11,
Bash:
java -Dprism.order=sw --module-path $PATH_TO_FX --add-modules ALL-MODULE-PATH -jar LT.jar
Switches to software rendering mode, since I was running into glyph issues.
Works with java 11, assuming you have javaFX for java 11 set at $PATH_TO_FX

You could buy dolls from Lovienne's Luxuries and put them to work, which I guess is technically not slavery since they're basically silicone golems. But they're not cheap and will require a pretty big initial investment.
