the sun will explode before that happens if you are relying on only innos code.... wait no its technically possible on android via a chroot hax where you basicly run something like arch or kali inside of the chroot and access the game via something like vnc. (ROOTABLE PHONE NEEDED)
But if you you want some kind of first party support yea thats going to take the sun exploding.

Afaik there are only two unique perks obtainable by player (outside of Lyssieth's true power). It is "martial artist" (doubles basic unarmed damage and adds +25% crit power) from Pix trainings and "doomguy"/"doomgirl" (+100% damage against imps) from submission main quest. Everything else is not available without using cheaats/save editing.
There is also a lot of "[race_name] knowledge" which gives +10% damage againt [race_name] but who cares.

There are now two unique perks you can get from Pix's gym. One by training with Pix, and one by training with the boxing coach. It's been a while since I played, but I think "martial artist" is now learned from the boxing coach, and Pix gives you a perk that boosts your physics stat.
You can't affect the furriness, just outright preventing certain races from spawning. If you want like cat-girls instead of full furry cats you could make a new race, but there's no mixed races in the game afaik, just pure races, so it would HAVE to be its own race.
You can. There is literally "furry preferences" option which allows player to set all furries or specific race to:
"disabled" (replaced by human race)
minimum (furry ears, eyes and attachments like horns, wing etc)
lesser (same as minimum + possibility of them having furry limbs, breasts and genitalia)
greater (lesser + sometimes furry skin/fur and face)
maximum (every single bodypart is furryfied)
However, this options don't apply to persistent NPCs such as Brax
Should I play as female protagonist or male? Is there a different content between female protag and male protag?
story is not different. everyone fucking everyone. gender doesnt matter other than used pronouns which u can just edit in the settings anyway. genitals r changable since the game is all bout transformations. since the gender can be changed at any time via potion or equipment enchantments it really matters 0. pretty genderfluid everything.

Vagina havers can fetishize keeping their virginity and get a perk for keeping it, possibly for losing it if also highly corrupt? Some characters might care slightly if you are feminine or masculine but I think with potions those points become pointless.
one effect gender actually has which i just remembered:
depending on wether NPCs are attracted to your apparent gender or not they either willingly want to fuck after u beat them or they tell you to just take their money and leave. giving you the option to rape them instead. but that can be fixed once u get a certain key item with which u can change an NPC's sexuality. so even that effect of gender is easily negated.
havent tested yet though if u change their sexuality to not be attracted to u after u already beaten them and they already willing to fuck, if changing it changes the sex option to "rape".
EDIT: just tested: it does NOT change the current option for sex. so if they wanted to fuck after the fight they still consent after the sexuality change. also if they didnt wanna frick u still have to go for the rape option after making them interested in ur gender. if u want the other option u have to leave and re-encounter them.

To further add to this- some important NPCs you can't modify might have preferences. Only one I remember off the top of my head is Scarlet (the raven harpy involved in main questline) is only interested in female PCs. I kinda don't remember the specifics of how this works since I kept my character fairly androgynous and I think the options have gender preferences based on your clothing's gender, so I could easily be considered female by game logic since I wore the witch set anyways.
It's sealed, I guess? Select it in your inventory and choose the "unseal" option. If it's greyed out because it's also enchanted with "servitude" (prevents removal of seals), check out the tooltip and it'll tell you how to get it removed.

No. The way the game is no at all built for localization in general: all of the game's text is directly baked into the source code, so you'll have to violently brutalize the game to produce any sort of translation.
