Here is a batch file that allows you to pass JVM arguments to the exe. You will need to rename the file to launch.bat and place the file in the same folder as the exe. To change the JVM arguments, you will need to edit the file (I set the default value to "-Xms1G -Xmx4G"). Once everything is set, you can launch the game by double-clicking the batch file.

Is there any method or mod that can edit the difficulty options?
I like the idea of taking more and dealing less damage but I'd like to keep the levels as they are if possible.

-Xms is how much memory the JVM will initially use and -Xmx is the maximum amount of memory the JVM can use. For most, -Xms1G -Xmx4G should be sufficient. If you notice the game becoming slower, you could try increasing the max to 8G (there is no guarantee that this will fix any issues).
Additionally, if you have Java installed, you should have access to jcmd, which can be used to see the configuration of the JVM. Without setting any JVM arguments (i.e., running the exe directly), using jcmd, I can see that my JVM is configured with a max of 16G, so you may want to check your default JVM configuration to see if it's necessary to set JVM arguments.

Go to the market and to Ralph's shop. Enchant one of the foods matching the race you want to be. Select the penis option and design it to your liking. Finish enhchanting and then consume. You can also find transformatives on imps in the undercity. Or after beating a certain boss and having a high enough corruption, her mother will give you the option to turn into a greater succubus. Demons can freely transform.
In case anyone is interested, here's a mod that removes Natalya's TF and gender requirements.
You must be registered to see the links
If you want to do it yourself/change it in a future version:
1. Download source from github;
2. Go to src\com\lilithsthrone\game\dialogue\places\dominion\warehouseDistrict and open file DominionExpress.java in notepad++/any text editor;
3. Ctrl+f 'private static boolean isPlayerBodyCorrect()';
4. Replace everything after 'return' with 'true';
5. Build as normal.
Select the gender between male and female. Unless you mean with a vagina, in that case I forget. Just type buggy and transform the parts you want for an easier time, otherwise to get it to happen naturally you need the option for TF content relating to female and male tf's to not replace each other.
You can use the debug menu to turn yourself into a doll, yes.
In the debug menu, to the right of the Transform button, is a "Set body meterial" button.
Just click that and choose silicon.
Edit:
Oh wait, I just understood your question, my bad.
No, I don't think you can get the perks without save editing since you can't level anymore.
Alternatively, type 'buggy' (without the apostrophes) while in-game (any normal tile will do) and choose Transform, then go to the penis tab and customize one.

Not going to lie, when they asked about escaping as a doll, I honest to god thought it was the beginning of them becoming a Terminator in a fantasy setting, but instead of polymagnetic alloy, it's sillicon.
A Terminator MC would be fucking dope ngl.
Better yet- Terminator MC with a bias against daemons (would match well with the theme of overthrowing Lilith.)
I may have been less clear than I intended, unless I severely misunderstood your post.
I know of the already existing difficulty options in the game, but I dislike how all of them -beside the easiest difficulty- features level scaling. I'd prefer an option, if that's possible at all, that has the rest of the difficulty increases -such as dealing only 50% damage and so on- without the level scaling.
I'll look into that "Lolith" mod if that features this option.
I apologize if I misunderstood what you wrote.
Thanks.

You could also try maybe Lilith's Throne More difficultie [mod] from the discord, not sure when it was last update, I think it's like at most 6 months old.
Oh really? I must be fucking blind then.
In fact, here, have screenshots of every gameplay toggle that isn't basically just a preference slider. Please show me where I missed that option, oh Great Enlightened One!
