Meh, she's claimed this before and nothing got done. The fact that you had to do her job for her and spoon feed her the code to even get her to consider optimization improvements (and the main game is bad, I can't play it over the mod anymore) is just reason #297 why she should hand this off to someone else already.
What mods? All I've seen in the mod list are items and clothes. Are there ones that add content?

There was a separate modified version of the game that added a way for the MC to get pregnant multiple times and you could fuck yourself if your dick was big and flexible enough, but that was all it did.
The Mod you probably have heard people talking about is a separate modified version of the game, made by Loliphile (check their signature for a link if you are interested). It has options for a lot of underaged characters, a whole lot of code fixing/optimizing. and some expanded content/mod options.

I saw a couple items that could trigger changes on the character, but they were mostly sissy stuff; a chastity cage, a cursed buttplug and a cursed gag. They didn't have the usual (wait X time and increase X attribute) effects, for example, the cage could add the cross dressing fetish if your masculine/feminine character wore clothing for the opposite gender or TF the character, the plugs would TF body parts when certain conditions were met (i.e. swallow X amount of cum or submit X number of times).

Beyond that, what you mentioned is pretty much standard when it comes to mods; clothing, weapons, and a few race TFs.

if anyone is having trouble compiling or running the .jar on linux i've compiled the latest release ( 0.4.11.3 ) in a way that seems to work for me.
before you download, please make sure you've installed openjdk and openjfx for your distro.
I've included a shell script ( thank you to bupotiling03 ) called run.sh to make this easier to launch.
link.

EDIT:
I've been made aware of Loliphile's improved version. I recommend downloading and using their files for linux. I'll keep my upload of ( Innoxia's original ) the jar up for posterity though.

How am i meant to use my breath weapon?, i cant use it as it says i don't have enough AP, that being 3/3
It needs to be equipped in your combat skills.

Open your phone and there should be an option for combat. You need to remove one of the skills already there and add your breath weapon onto that list.
If you don't do that, any skill that is not in your 'ready' bar will cost +1 AP, so if the skill is 3 AP, then you would need 4 AP to use it and since the game limits you to 3 actions per turn, you don't have enough AP to use that skill.

Literal fucking years later and the Contractor Pass still doesn't just skip over the Enforcer encounters without them getting mad that you're "impersonating" with Enforcer gear. It should really just make them less hostile and just ask to check your inventory as if you were a civilian if you flash it to them, but noooooooooo...

I actually dug into the code just to check and it literally only allows the disguise to work if you use the dress uniform or the stab proof vest. The Contractor Plate Carrier worn with the Battle Belt triggers the check because it provides an enforcer set bonus but since there's no consideration for it wearing it just instantly fails the check and marks you and as impersonator. Also there should really be a way to hide what race you are...

Edit: The funny thing is, that due to the way the code works, if you wear a mismatched set of equipment such that you don't get an Enforcer set bonus, like say... a Stab-proof belt and an enforcer belt, they'll treat you like a civilian even though you're clearly lugging about Enforcer gear, which is both dumb and hilarious. The reason I'm so annoyed about the forced hostilities largely comes down to it stopping me from just bribing them to go away and removing the option to report people

I'm honestly not entirely sure why I still play this to be fair, I've been waiting to see the story update and it looks like the heat death of the universe is going to arrive before I see the next bloody chapter sorted out, let alone actual completion. Meanwhile the sex scenes while somewhat interactive have very little variation throughout the game, especially when it comes to NPCs. The reactions are all really, really bland and shallow.

As an aside, the game doesn't have a way to organically change a character's fetish desire into a fetish does it? Been reading through a lot of the code and it feels like fetish desire has basically no effect at all on an NPC if you don't use transformatives to turn them into actual fetishes. The whole system looks kind of orphaned.

any tips for combat? i got stuck on the meraxis fight. i tried being a charmer but she isn't critical to anything so it doesn't really work, and i just die in 2-3 turns even though i got all the resistance perks and +25 resists from potions. i think i am misunderstanding something cos no way it's supposed to be this hard. maybe i'm supposed to be using damage spells instead.

First of all, for a feature that dominates almost 1/3 of your playthrough, battles are bafflingly not balanced at all.. so no need to feel bad if you thought of trying a build and it didn't work

the "meta" for me is to pick the soldier career background to get 1st double damage strike (this solve almost all battles to one hit KOs). I use katana-wakizashi couple with fire elements and buff them with +fire dmg or +melee enhancements. Then the usual jrpg strat of grind to overlevel and steamroll

If you don't have the damage to kill in one turn, AP debuffs are also effective in my experience. Taking 3 AP away from a 3 AP enemy means they literally can't attack you, and you can do that by:
  1. Equipping a Witch's Broom to use Witch's Seal
  2. ...or buying the elemental scrolls from Vicky which can upgrade your spells, and using the points on Flash and Ice Shard as the debuffs stack
The other person's absolutely right about a meta; for me that's a water elemental with 3 arm rows, Katana + Wakizashi + 4 Arming Swords, and all of her combat skills removed except for all-out strike, Ice Shard and Soothing Water. But having an elemental (or companion) in general is probably a good call, as enemies will always attack them first.

Since I like going demon, I usually take the Noble background and then get the best armour I can fine + zweihander + and and Earth Elemental. I also like to re-activate the companion system just to have a second damage sponge.

Kink-based teases are practically worthless as things stand, ignore them.
If you are intent on using lust damage, dip into the spell perks on the right tree if you have the spare points and use arcane spells. Arcane Arousal may crit if it is the only action for the turn, but stacking three will do way more.
Use potions and enchantments to boost your damage and core stats, too. Resistance is important, but you will not get anywhere without damage and you will need plenty of aura for spells if you build for that.
Finally, if you have not yet done Claire's quests involving the Slime Queen and teleporter, those provide lust-focused equipment. Do NOT skip searching the crates in the warehouse, the first batch contains a raw lust-damage weapon.
Elementals and companions are also a good idea. Anything to take a little heat off of you is good if you are having difficulty, and lust builds need the extra turns against arcane-capable species.

Strange in my experience i trivialize the combat by becoming literally invulnerable not by oneshotting things. Singer background for double duration on the invisibility thing or just plain 50+ hp shielding.

Personally, I think Meraxis is probably the toughest fight in the game. She is level 25 when you encounter her and her scythe attack can deal some insane damage, along with the AOE spells she loves to spam.

Probably the biggest reason your lust attacks are not that effective against Meraxis is that she has an 'extra health bar' against lust damage.
Normal enemies are defeated when you fill their lust bar to 100, characters with Arcane Affinity are immune to that.
All demonic characters (with 10 Arcane or more) and any race with Arcane Immunity (Alicorns and Otters are examples), are immune to the effects of lust and when you fill their lust bar up, any damage you deal is split between their Aura pool and their Health pool. So, they gain an extra 100 HP on top of having your damage split between health and aura.

Focus more on dealing direct damage from weapons and spells.
Others have already given you some good examples of what you can do. Going for melee damage with a zweihander is a very good build and easy set up.
Bring a companion or an elemental and set them to focus on combat or spell casting. Enemies will usually focus on your ally before they attack you. (not every enemy though)
Flash is an excellent spell since it reduces the Action Points of enemies by 2, leaving them with 1 AP for the next round of combat.

Personally, I like an unarmed damage style, it needs a lot more than a melee build to really shine, but it can one shot pretty much anything in the game, including Meraxis.

honestly i feel like inno just does not want to work on this game anymore and is forcing herself to add tiny little alterations until she has enough for an update every four months . and it's fine that she doesn't want to work on this game anymore - she's been working on it for years now . the burnout doesnt surprise me . it just sucks that she's still getting supporter money while delivering nothing . i think she should just hand off development cuz atp this game clearly isn't good for her mental heath & the supporters are spending money on nothing

The game might not be good for her mental health, assuming all the posts about stress are true, but it is certainly healthy for her wallet. While I agree her performance is abysmal, she would be stupid to let go of that nearly free income while there are a thousand people willing to pay her for bi-yearly token updates.
