Shows promise but it has two issues for me personally:
1) You can only play as a male. (Sometimes I don't mind this but these sort of games I like to RP as a female char if possible).
2) Last time I tried it, the combat was a bit difficult.
That aside, it's a good contender for the text game genre and I second everything you've said. The fetish list is a bit narrower (seems to be big into pregnancies) but it already has a decent amount of content for a game that has been in development for a year.
Another game in a similar vein but with a female protag would be Lustful Desires (made on RenPy). It's mostly straight oriented with some beastiality thrown in occasionally, but it also has a decent amount of content. I don't like that I have to grind mats to make potions though (you're an alchemist so it's your job). Boring grind is boring.

Yes, grind (almost) always boring, but no one forbids you to open Preferences, turn on cheats and add as many resources / items / potions / etc. as you want.

Why stop there? We need every nipple on every tit tracked as a separate orface. Not to mention nostrils, navels, foreheads, cheeks, elbows and knees. Then there are slimes. Imagine creampieing every available slot. Hands. Feet. Hooves. Tails. Eye sockets. Literally ripping people a new asshole. The possibilities are endless.

I haven't played this since v0.3.18 , are there any new bad ends added since then by any chance? And will my old save work with this one?

I just watched a couple of Youtube videos about another game of similar situation, Chronicles of Elyria, which is a MMORPG with crafting and building and such, basically a dream sandbox game that was supposed to be out in 2017. Until now, 2022, it's still not even out of alpha, still continued to siphon people's money with virtual properties that don't even exist yet, and the dev team is being taken out to court (You should check out KiraTV on Youtube). Just reminds me of LT so bad that I had to say it here and dream of a day when either Inno takes the game seriously or LT becomes a community project like how Free Cities was.
Out of curiosity, what fields in the save/export .xml files do I need to change my race? I played ages ago to the point where I became a demon, although I don't have the save anymore. Is anyone able to let me know what I need to change, to alter a new character to be one? Thanks
There's no "bad ends" in the way you mean... There's some definitely disappointing ends, but that's just because the game's development and writing has gotten worse over the years. But no new bad ends.

Have you actually looked at the save file? There's *a lot* of fields. And you'll need to change like 20 of them.
Just use the buggy command and use the cheat menu to make yourself a demon. It'll save you a bunch of hassle.
Chronicles of Elyria was officially denounced as a scam last year and the team is now facing a lawsuit for it.
The chances of Inno facing a lawsuit are close to none and there are a few reasons for it.
1) Despite the delays and questionable choices during development you can't call it a scam because progress is still being made and we have proof of it via free, public updates.
In 2020 we had 13 public updates (a portion of which were hotfixes). Last year we had 6 (again, including hotfixes). Progress may be slowing down but a free update every 2 months is still a better deal than you'd get from the worst examples of indie porn developers, especially those that gate their game behind a pay wall. Is it ideal? No. Could be worse? Yes. People would be less upset if Inno stopped making public estimates she cannot keep up with. We know it. She knows it. It would save everyone, including herself, the hassle if she just accepted this fact. The game is not in it's infancy anymore, the more it grows the more difficult it becomes to add and maintain things. We don't expect miracles, but we do expect some modesty (and honesty) from the developer.
2) Kickstarter is a crowdfunding platform with a one-off payment to help creators bring their projects to life. Patreon (and similar) allow creators to live off a monthly subscription in exchange for services. The main difference between the two is that the people who fund Kickstarters are usually seen as "investors", whereas Patreons are seen as "donators".
Investors want guarantees and may ask for their money back or even take legal action if they feel like you didn't fulfill your end of the bargain, whereas donations usually come with less strings attached for both parties. With Patreon, you are not entitled to the product or service unless you're active subscriber. The creator sets the parameters of what and when they are willing to deliver, and it is up to you whether or not you accept those terms. Unless the creator breaks the law, it will be hard to hold them accountable for their actions, as you can just withdraw your subscription should you become unhappy with the deal. You cannot, however, get your money back from previous donations.
With Kickstarter, you pay for the whole product. With Patreon, you pay for a portion of the final product and for every step of the way it takes to get there.

i come back from a week away from the internet, wondering to myself 'boy oh boy, i sure do hope LT has gained at least some form of update!'. i know, i know, it was naive; a week away from the bad influences of internet personalities will do that to anyone.
so imagine the feelings that wracked my body when i realised Inno had, yet again, delayed an update. an update that no one gives a fuck for because it advances diddly squat with the main storyline and adds fucking nothing worthwhile, but an update nevertheless.
imagine the complete lack of surprise and the overwhelming disappointment i felt. imagine feeling your best friend kick you in the gonads with cleats and then apologise while he stomps on your balls for good measure. that's what my infinite well of disappointment would feel like for anyone else.
at this point i really should expect every single update to be delayed for no fucking reason, but i still hold onto hope like an idiot.
