Allegedly there's a new build that's been released as of the 11th, anyone got it? Failing that, anyone got one of the updates that have come through since then? There's been quite a few.

specs of your computer? Hardware AND software (video drivers, version of video card, monitor setup, resolutions, etc)?
i7-5930k, 32Gb, rtx3070(572.47), ssd, win10pro 22h2.
x2 monitor 27" Fhd.
i played earlier versions of this game, build near dec2024 is running perfectly on "ultra" settings.

I assume you have all the prereq? c++, dot net, etc?
EDIT: so I was able to recreate 'the fatal error'... when enabled DLSS in settings (dx12 mode) it ran smooth. I think there's something with d3d compilers in this version... (Processors: 32 × Intel® Core™ i9-14900KF
Memory: 125.7 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080/PCIe/SSE2, win 10 22h2).
EDIT2: However, I was not able to reproduce it a second time :S

we all hate mouse acceleration, and yet this game manages to do something even more infuriating... mouse smoothing?!?
idk how better to describe it, it feels like the camera has inertia when i move it; cant even play like this, and it didnt do it in the demo version...

i ve seen something in other games - my GPU was slower than i wanted.
"mouse smoothing" were caused by late frame refreshing.
turn off VSYNC - was THE SOLUTION.

I swear to god, this first mission in the game is not fun, at all. Like I don't care how good the game looks its literally fucking stupid.

I love the idea, but the gameplay is annoying. The movement feels sluggish, the flickering red light from that drone she summons trys to trigger an epeletic episode, the loose sequence could use a little bit variation or interaction in itself. I would love to love it, but the gameplay is no fun at all.
You can go straight in a gallery mode, by talking to her in the lobby area, not the actual mission
