Huh...?now for my question. where is the rest of this demo people are mentioning? 15 days is so short. but what i've seen so far is so hot, i love it.
There's only the 15 day demo.

oh i didn't understand that. will the public get a delayed access to that eventually? also, will this game end up on steam when finished? was aura? What part of the demo are you talking about? The 15 days is only for the public demo. The deluxe demo on Patreon has no time limit.
The steam page is already up, for what its worth at this point, Aura was released on steam, though you needed to download a separate lewd patch for it, IIRC.oh i didn't understand that. will the public get a delayed access to that eventually? also, will this game end up on steam when finished? was aura?
It would also help if instead of fighting we could do some activities, even a limited few, like why can't I forgo adventure to read and boost my stats. It isn't like a shop with "hours"Game really feels like it needs 3 cycles in the day (mourning, afternoon, night) instead of just the mourning and afternoon. Being able to only really do one thing after the combat feels really restrictive.
If it goes anything like SKA did then the prerelease content (which usually comes out every week of Liora dev work since development is split with SKA) usually doesn't make it here. But the end of month releases almost inevitable show up here. within a day. So patreon supporters still get a kind of early access for their support. The steam page is already up, for what its worth at this point, Aura was released on steam, though you needed to download a separate lewd patch for it, IIRC.
As for content, obviously there are gonna be more releases between now and project completion, which will presumably either leak or become public releases eventually.
You can work for Edgar in the morning for a small amount of money instead of going to a dungeon. It would also help if instead of fighting we could do some activities, even a limited few, like why can't I forgo adventure to read and boost my stats. It isn't like a shop with "hours"
though I agree with the general sentiment that an additional action would be great.
It's been fixed.I keep running into this bug now. Anyone else? I just negotiated with Edgar, it's the start of day 3.

Dunno if the fixed version has still been updated to this thread,I keep running into this bug now. Anyone else? I just negotiated with Edgar, it's the start of day 3.

True, but it really is small. And if I can do that work why can't i read? It's not really adequately explained. I fully get a shop not being open. That's immersive enough. But the books stretch it a bit. It also would help the mid game where it really feels like a struggle to get strong enough if you could have Rean do something in the morning. You can work for Edgar in the morning for a small amount of money instead of going to a dungeon.
The reason is mostly because the management would get out of hand. Working for Edgar and going into a dungeon are party activities, reading is a single person activity. If Liora can read a book, what do Edgar and Rean do during that time slot? Needing to manage the activities in two timeslots per day seems like it would create a lot of complications while not being particularly fun.True, but it really is small. I plowed through on willpower and save scumming but it's hard to keep Rean and Liora competitive in rank 4 dungeons without spending the better part of a week taking a day or 2 to hunt then half the week to recover HP and spend any boss mats to boost stats. But that gets harder because the price goes up too. And mining costs so much HP you can only feasibly do it on days you have already cleared the adds but don't plan on fighting the boss. Meaning you earn almost nothing those days. Just whatever scraps you forgot to grab previously.
Then how about turning reading into a group activity in the morning? This allows the entire party to get stronger together. Also it would allow hidden NTR scenarios and potentially change the relationship values. The reason is mostly because the management would get out of hand. Keep in mind that when you work for Edgar, the other 75% don't go puff into air, it's money added into his pocket that you can get back via negotiations.
That could work as long is it's limited to books that everyone has the prereqs for and has not yet read. Then how about turning reading into a group activity in the morning? Rean being book dumb I can see Edgar giving some insulting comments and Liora being forced to laugh if they were all together.
But it still VERY restrictive and not really fun, what you have SO much what takes time, to do on only one slot. The reason is mostly because the management would get out of hand. Yes, you have a lot of choice per time slot. If you could do everything, there wouldn't be much of a trade-off to do one action over the other. Note that ingame days is just an abstract resource, you don't have to go to bed in real life when you end the game in-game.But it still VERY restrictive and not really fun, what you have SO much what takes time, to do on only one slot.

Even for casual play all that is a little bit TOO restrictive, to the point what even playing for "corruption" part, game does not forgive you any mistake, and not like this is some rogue-like game to retry it over and over until you figure out the exact intended pattern to progress.
But point stands. There woldn't be, if the game didn't punish you so severely, and futher restricted you to neglect those punishes. If you defeated in battles, you just wait days because of how strong debuffs are, while you wait, you lose prestige (and, unless this is just a meaningless number, you don't want to do that), at the same time, you basically lose one member because of how useless Rean become, even with training, because of the debuffs, what WOULD BE FINE, IF there would be options to "build" Edgar through corruption and contract clauses to progress and eventually finish the game that way. But so far from what ppl say and from what I see - he is uterlly useless, with a lot of clauses what makes him just an afk bot (and what he offers you A LOT of time in the morning, and you just forced to skip those propositions), I know it's demo and all that, all of this restrictions even now feel a bit like a chore imo.If you are playing casually, there isn't much of a need for optimize time - taking longer, getting defeated in battle, allows you to fail forward on the corruption through clause triggers, morning proposals, rean decay progression, etc.
So... fuck ppl who can't from the get go figure out how to optimally play, and know exactly what to do so they can do that?Personally, I'm more worried about having a sufficient number of ingame days so you can roleplay a slowburn corruption of the heroine without needing to purposefully lose or otherwise play overly stupid.
If you 'build' him correctly with contract he quickly becomes very useful. Try builing him towards tanking damage in first turns and then attacks once conditions are met.But so far from what ppl say and from what I see - he is uterlly useless
I haven't figured out the best contracts to go with, but yeah, tanking damage on turn 1-2/3 seems like the way to go, for minor bossfights anyhow. If you 'build' him correctly with contract he quickly becomes very useful.
