Mega have not passed PG details to New Zealand police for breaking any laws, it's within there own terms on their site within account terminations for flagged links, that, his details and file contents will only be passed onto New Zealand police for review if the account holder appealed the termination of their account for wrongful termination
PaleGrass has already stated that he was notified by Mega in an email that they had forwarded his information to the authorities. They did it, not they could do it in the future. So we know that his information was passed to the NZP, along with the reason for his account being terminated.

I hope “names” of files will remain the same as originals, so that it will be possible to return original ones “to the process” (even if only in "before" part).

There is problem with large number of details (quality of renders) for these specific models: if there is more light “in face”, then there is less shadow effect on surface with unsuccessful geometry (and here it's exactly like this, especially with regard to grimaces of characters, I have already talked about this, up to almost uncanny valley effect). What follows from this: sharper image = worse/less pleasant picture (can be compared to soft lines of face and protruding bones). For the same reason, it's very important for a photographer to know, for example, how to set light correctly, it will either add spice to natural beautiful forms and hide everything that viewer doesn't need to see, or, on contrary, ruin the picture. Therefore, we have the following from this post - pictures on the left are less clear and are inferior in quality to pictures on the right, but they look nicer exactly because of "more lighter" effect (moreover, purely from a plot point, it helped to easily separate “everyday life” from suspense, and now everything is samey dark and “grainy”).

Therefore, I repeat, I will be very grateful for pictures will remain under their original names, so that it won't be difficult task to return “old” renders to personal game copy, purely for myself. Technically, this will only need to be done once, since files are in chronological order and this part will then easily be superimposed on top of any number of subsequent updates.

ps. Yes, I didn't like it, but I’m here not to convince people that this is true for everyone, just expressed my impression and little wish.

The email PG got was standard copy and paste email anyone would get if their accounts was terminated with any busienss, PG already confirmed that is the only thing he got to let him know his account was terminated, it's standard stuff

All businesses have Terms and conditions that is a legal binding contract for that buiesness on how they operate, does not matter what is put in a email, what matters is the legal terms that they set out by law, those terms is what they follow and they do state, they only pass the details on to NZP to be cheeked if the accounts holder appealed

Your going by what you read from PG, that's fine

I am going by the legal terms on Mega site whcih is legally how they operate and do buiesness

Okay, lets say they did pass his details on to NZP, they check the file to see what it is and why it got reported, they will do their research like any police would do and they, for example, would have visited this page and seeing everyone comments, even mine, as I posted on what actually happened and who reported the links and why and on what site when it happened, so they will then know, its a game, the police would have then gone to fapnation to check the deleted comments, they would have then found the links were falsely reported, and you have to remember, one person reported the links, not 10 people, one person caused this mess, the police would have seen that and realise it's a game and has nothing to do with "real life illegal content like photos, videos and stolen IDs and stuff like that" and left it as that, nothing happened, closed the case, PG has no visits from the police, if they had his details, they would have been knocking on his door months ago

The issue is that where PG lives it's not just "real life illegal content like photos, videos and stolen IDs and stuff like that" that's illegal it's also quite illegal to CREATE, DISTRIBUTE or POSSESS content of ANY KIND that depicts non-consensual sexual content. This includes renders, animations, doodles in the margin of you favorite book or even Fan-Fiction.

It's real simple... PG is (rightfully so) concerned about his situation and is removing the content that is illegal in his home country from the game.
Arguing, bitching and moaning, and suggesting ways to circumvent the laws of his home country is pointless and unless you are willing to generate the content yourself on your PC and make a modded version of the game with no input whatsoever from PG then there is no reason to continue discussing the matter. So please stop with the nonsense and quit cluttering the thread.

To begin with, it's certainly not true that all businesses handle account terminations in the same way. Yes, there is certainly standard language which is common in most terms of service documents, but there isn't anything which is universal, and there are often differences.

Also, PG did not receive a notification from Mega as to why his account was terminated. He was only informed that it was terminated. The email from Mega telling him that his information was being forwarded to NZP was received after he appealed that termination.

Well, not all businesses have terms and conditions, but certainly most do. But it still matters what is put in an email. This matters for many reasons. Not the least of which is that businesses are staffed by people. These people may sometimes take actions which are not strictly according to the company's policies, and those actions often stand, despite not being entirely within the rules. Examples of this aren't hard to find. How many people have had their Facebook accounts or YouTube accounts suspended or demonetized when they hadn't broken any terms of service? Plenty of people, that's how many.

Also, when you receive an email from a service provider which contains legal or procedural language, you shouldn't dismiss what it says as simple copy pasta. Sure, it may be that the email was mistakenly generated, but it may also be that it was intentionally generated because actions are being taken against you or your account. Anyone who receives such a communication should at least take the second possibility into consideration.

All of this is entirely academic, however, because, as I said above, PG did appeal his Mega suspension, and that is when Mega notified him that his information had been forwarded to the authorities.

There are a few different points to address from this paragraph.
  1. Yes, if PG's information was passed on by the NZP to his local law enforcement agency, that agency would have opened an investigation. They would certainly have visited his Patreon and SubscribeStar pages and his Discord server. It is also likely, though not certain, that they would have visited this thread and the corresponding threads on other game sharing sites. It does not in any way follow that PG would already have heard from the police. Law enforcement agencies often take many months to assemble a case before they take action. Just as an example, look at the recent arrest of Westy in Australia. He was arrested in August, but the investigation was begun in May, months before. Sometimes investigation go on for a year before any charges are brought.
  2. Yes, it's true that, if PG's local police did open an investigation, and did decide that "Oh, this is nothing", then he will never hear another word about it. They aren't going to notify him that they opened an investigation into him and then closed it. They'll just move on to other investigations, and PG will never even know that he was investigated in the first place.
  3. How many people reported PG is completely irrelevant to law enforcement. They won't care that it was just one person, instead of a hundred. They won't care that this one person reported the links because he was pissed off for stupid reasons. The only thing they will care about is whether the content in PG's game violates their laws, and whether or not they can build a case to prove that. They don't care how they found out about it.
  4. You are incorrect in assuming that only "real life content illegal content like photos, videos, and stolent IDs" are actionable. This is entirely a question of the laws where you live. Once again, take the example of Westy being arrested. He was arrested for creating an entirely fictional game with Daz renders - no photos or videos and no real people were involved - because the content he created is illegal in Australia, where he lives. Content which is perfectly legal to produce in the US may be illegal in Canada. Content which is legal to produce in Spain may be illegal in Italy.

From what I have seen on Patreon from PG, to my understanding on what I have seen, he did not appeal, if he did, I missed that part that he said that, if he did, then the terms Mega set were set in motion and yes, his details were passed upon his appeal, whcih is why I quoted the terms mega set out in the first place

No appeal his details were never passed
He appealed his details were passed

I was going on based on that from my understanding to what I have seen from PG that he did not appeal, I apologise, I did not what to sound argumentative with you or anything, but I missed the part that he said he appealed, I was going on the understanding he had not appealed

Even if you had intended to sound argumentative, you wouldn't need to apologize to me. You have as much right to speak your mind as I do, and you have the right to argue with me, if you choose to do so.

That being said, it seems like everything is cleared up now, and what happened to PG pisses me off, so let's talk about something else.

Hi,
Hi Everyone,

Awesome game!!

I am going from v2.70b-pc to v2.852b and cannot access my old saves. I am attempting to follow the instructions regarding the files at AppData>Local>UserData>Default>Lisa inside which to place the contents of the previous save folder. However, i cannot locate the .rpgsave files; the fileX, the config and the global files in the v2.70b. See attached screen shots. The 1st pic - the v2.70b version does not seems contain these types of files, even though the saves from v2.70b work very well when running v2.70b. The 2nd pic shows the save files from starting to play a new game the v2.85vb. But i cannot get it to recognize the v2.70b saves (when i copy them over).

What am i missing from the instructions?
thx, ds

I have a problem the screen freezes every 10 min and I need to start from last save.
having this issue as well. i feel like i never had this issue back on windows 10, but now that i'm on windows 11, i've had the game freeze as well as black screen issues where the game seems to still be playing, but all that's visible is the deviancy/exhibition meters.

I don't think anyone has spoken ill of PG, at least not that I've seen. I believe we all understand that he can't risk prison simply for making a game and what he did was perfectly sensible.

That being said, I think most people simply express their disappointment/frustration towards the entire situation, not towards PG himself. I feel it's a bit like having your favorite pornstar suddenly announce that she'll only be shooting missionary scenes instead of gangbangs from now on. She's still the same hot woman, but well, it's an adjustment to say the least..
