Hope you're all well, I have as promised been grinding my fingers into little stumps working on this patch!
I knew that the Theo's / Daisy events were gonna be complex and time consuming to put together but honestly they've taken
a lot longer than even I expected. Now upon writing this I've literally just finished the events at Theo's (though I haven't tested them at all.. they're undoubtedly gonna be inundated with bugs) and Theo's RPGM Map has grown from being one of the smallest in the game (in terms of file size) to one of the largest. In terms of scale it's almost the same file size as Lisa's House 2F which half of events in the game run through ^_^! I can't stress enough just how big this event actually is behind the scenes but damn have I enjoyed working on it.
Typically I find working in Daz more engaging than working in RPGM by a fair margin just because making CGs is often challenging and gets the brain active rather than just comfortably going through the motions but this end of the patch has really made me fall in love with RPGM all over again. It's been a series of a thousand headaches and I've fucking
loved every second of it.
Solving organizational puzzles, writing Daisy's character (I hope you guys like her! She's a lot of fun :d), Figuring out how to structure the events, etc. It's been so, SO much fun!
I made a notice in Theo's bar itself but I'll reiterate both here and in the release post that I'd really appreciate feedback on specifically the Theo's event as structurally it's how I'd like to organize a lot if not most of Lisa's night activities. The events in it currently all end in the early stages/middle of their progression because it's gated by Deviancy levels but I hope the outline and the routes take your imaginations for a spin as to where each of them are headed
You will likely find "Neill & Bird's" route particularly grindy (it's not grindy per say it just takes the most resets I just don't know a better word for it) because it progresses the farthest out of any of the routes so far but I just want to reiterate that this "Night event" is the first available content at Night, it'll be available the night after Lisa first meets Riggs & Aoife and like many of the events in this patch - it's built to be progressed alongside the story not individually grinded if that makes sense!
There are a couple of routes that I just didn't have time to start being the Couple path and Aki's path but I'll get around to both of those in 3.0 I think

Alright so the patch was delayed last week and I get how frustrating that is but I really think after putting some of these events together that it's at the very least opened the door to so many fun paths for the future. I've been worried this past month that the fans will abandon ship and unleash their fury upon me because this release has fewer CGs than a typical full patch and it's playtime will likely be shorter (I haven't completed a run through as I haven't actually finished it yet so I really don't know how long it will take it total but likely well over an hour if you're to see everything) but I do think the patch was worth making and I hope to swing everyone into that camp in time ^_^
I am working the rest of the week then I promised I'd visit my Mother again on Saturday (I'm not staying there this time, I promise) but I'll be back on Sunday to hopefully begin wrapping this patch up once and for all which I'm sure is music to everyone's ears! :d
There will be another patch to follow that will include the Byron scene I mentioned in the previous post and some other bits and pieces but then I'll finally be moving onto Jayce's party and I cannot wait!! I'm really gonna push it as hard as I can to have some spicy party fun ready around Christmas this year. I know already that this is a bold statement given how large Jayce's party is to be with the amount of variations but I'll have something awesome ready for you guys regardless <3
Finally to Deviants: I know I haven't posted August's wallpapers yet, I'm just so far behind that they're on the backburner for now. Once this patch is shipped it's the very next thing on my list alongside the September WPs! Are there any characters I've been neglecting in wallpapers the past few months? Let me know

I haven't been working in Daz (except to make faces) for a couple of weeks so I don't really have any "original" spoiler free images to post but these are a couple I liked personally!
