I don't necessarily disagree with you mate but I'm not willing to break the law to produce porn, as harsh as that sounds
There are certainly things worth fighting for in life but this doesn't feel terribly high up the priority list x
I hope this doesn't come across as rude because that's genuinely not my intention here.
The only content that's being cut is sexual content with Paul & Duncan. Everything else will remain the same x
I won't continue producing any content with Paul or sexual content with Duncan even under the guise of another releasing it x

For anyone unsure; where I live it is illegal to produce pornographic content depicting non-consensual sex. This is why Paul & Duncan's routes are being removed.
I don't imagine any new users will think anything's missing. Paul & Duncan were entirely optional routes x
It's legal in the USA, apparently some have tried over the years to criminalize it but the first amendment has reigned victorious thus far. It's illegal to produce anything that could be deemed pornographic in this nature in the UK. I read extensively into it after Mega tossed my details to the "authorities."
It's a horrible situation and I hate not having a winning path out but like you say; I have to play it safe.
He's the only character perhaps more despicable than Paul lol (he's still in the game, you'll see him soon)

I don't know what inspired the change in the law but it was amended in 2015; I was just ignorant to it until recently x

I've received a lot a really lovely messages offering me condolences for the loss of time spent where that really isn't my concern. It's the thought of letting those that have followed me for a long time down that is the greater burden x
This is the silver lining if any at all. They are a small portion of the overall product and the rest remains completely unchanged x

Well in another world I never got reported to Mega and instead have a squad car outside my house. It might well have been a blessing in disguise, who knows x
I considered this but there's an event in the canon story that sort of disables this. Lisa doesn't live with Sharon for the entire game and I feel the ground work for a situation like this to become plausible would take too long and there just isn't enough time x

-I read the laws and realized the content I've been producing is illegal in my country
-Paul & Duncan's sexual content is being removed from the game

Sadly I don't have any ideas on how to redevelop Paul and that's why he's actually being removed from the game entirely. There's no world in which Lisa has sexual relations with him consensually so there isn't any point in him staying. Duncan is a mainstay and will see some amount of screen time in the latter half of the game but he won't be involved in any sexual content so the game will play out as if the player simply opted out of his route x

Aw no man there will still be updates, I'm fixing old CGs and dialogues atm to represent Paul's absence but to be honest I'm really all over the place. It's wild how much this whole situation has fucked with my head.
Anyway; the updates will still be the same 3month~ releases after I get everything in order x

I dunno how best to convey my apology to anyone and everyone who played Lisa for the cut style of content. It really wasn't an easy decision nor was it one I wanted to make but I hope you can understand that I can't risk a criminal conviction for a porn game even if the chance is slim x
