You can avoid the black screen in 2 ways.
1. When the game is loading, press X at startup
2. When the screen is black, press ESC, the menu will pop up, press New Game again and the game starts.
can you explain the part about "

- Moddy / Duncan" ?
In the journal it was saying end of the content, I haven't went to the Moody's shop. So are you saying is there new content despite journal says not ?

If you read the dev notes from a few days ago or did that quest, you can see it is not yet completed; still missing CGI's is why it is marked as is now. My guess is that once the next patch is completed, the quest will update.

3 separate events : - 1 day , spy on a Flat ( Lisa - Flat talk, finished )
2 day Lisa - Moddy (15 CGI missing )
3 day Moddy - Duncan (finished)
It is not featured in the journal because it is not completely ready yet, it will be finished for the public release

What you doesn't even know the address of your house? Kidding the house is located in the top left of the town.

No problem. I saw this text first time i dont know PG reworked some old quest or not but Lisa currently had only one home in this game.
