That's not the problem here. PaleGrass isn't changing the game because of protests from crazy radfems, or because someone locked down his bank accounts. He's changing the game because he's afraid that he's breaking the law.
If he's in Northern Ireland, than he is actually breaking the law with some of this content. That's not how it should be. Those are bad laws. But they're still laws, and there is a very small and remote possibility that he could get into legal trouble for making the Paul and Duncan content. (The scene of Riggs abusing Aoife outside of Theo's place will also have to go. And content which he had planned for other characters will also now be cut out of the game.)
If he's in the Republic of Ireland, then he is not breaking the law in any way, and all of the Paul and Duncan content can stay without causing him any trouble.
Since he's changing the game, it's probably safe to assume that he's in Northern Ireland. Either that, or he's allowed himself to get into a panic over laws which don't apply to him.
