Yes, when you start a new game you can set the relationship between Lisa -Sharon and Touma.

Maybe in one of the future patch... Sharon will get really sick (bed ridden sick) and therefore touma has to return from his business trip to care as Lisa will be busy in her college and part time work activities.

Now, living together and taking care of Sharon together, Lisa and Touma will eventually become close and "long story short" --- start fucking in every room of the house
