Yes, when you start a new game you can set the relationship between Lisa -Sharon and Touma.

Maybe in one of the future patch... Sharon will get really sick (bed ridden sick) and therefore touma has to return from his business trip to care as Lisa will be busy in her college and part time work activities.

Now, living together and taking care of Sharon together, Lisa and Touma will eventually become close and "long story short" --- start fucking in every room of the house

Strictly for curiosity... I got this question... for all characters - What are their last names?

I never really came to a conclusion on the surnames ^_^ the only surnames actually mentioned in game are those that actually use their surnames as nicknames like Riggs or Flat and of course Deloitte because that's the referential name for the big bad
There were points in which I was gonna use a surname for Lisa & Sharon but I couldn't decide on one so I opted out lol

Can anyone still get this scene even though am far from the beginning or do I have to restart this again?

Those scenes you quoted aren't in the game yet mate, you shouldn't ever have to restart the game. If something is ever broken then it's my job to fix it, not yours

PaleGrass is there any mini added in this version like troy front desk or something

There is a scene where Lisa exchanges some raunchy texts with Troy in the patch but it's tied to Exhibitionism ^_^
