the recollection room has all the scenes in it; you can unlock the gallery to see them all if you choose to do so
I have a question - who's Byron? I have a quest with him since forever to upload at least 4 Instagram images including one from the coffee shop and I've done it, but nothing happened

Byron is the black guy who works in the coffee shop but only on certain days... I think a spot was added to change the current worker to him as a cheat??? He finds/found out her real identity... Not sure offhand what other quests need done before that event will fire though :/
Real identity - meaning I need to finish with exhibitionism first? I was triying to do something earlier than I unlocked Exhibitionism and forgot about it a long time ago

Did they ever add the brother route back into this when they moved away from patreon or is that still cut out of the game?

No, and Patreon had nothing to do with why it that content was removed... as has been stated dozens of times it was due to the laws prohibiting the creation of nonconsensual imagery in PG's home country.
Where you people got the stupid idea it was because of patreon eludes me. Try using the search box.

Not finish it... Not sure how many you need... I do think taking the one in the coffee shop is required since that is when he notices her, then you need to sleep at least once then go to him when he is on duty, not sure what else it requires before that part can be done... but no you don't have to have ALL of the shots done since a few have to wait till you get hot tub and IRC Byron's stuff doesn't. (Her beach quest maybe?)
I feel like it's bugged. I literally did nothing and suddenly the questchain had started
