It might require a sleep to push that along mate. The "jobs" in the game have a switch labelled something like "WORKED X TODAY" that's only toggled off by sleeping until next day on Lisa's bed. I'm not 100% sure because those events are like 5 years old now but that'd be my guess lol! ^_^

ahh, I think I might have napped instead of slept to the next day. That fixed it up. ty!
