In case you haven't read about a thousand-plus posts about the Jayce party, the party was put on hold because people started complaining that it was taking too long.

Considering how dozens of asshats here on the forum attacked and insulted the developer (who said he's stepping away from the game for awhile as a result) forcing the board moderators to step in and lay the smackdown I wouldn't hold your breath on seeing it anytime soon. Idiots that bite the hand that feeds tend to go hungry.
Did anyone occur a bug? I have completed Jayce party but no sign in the park at Renshire Town Center, I can't start Luca event, any brother can help me?

Stop playing around waiting for the party to end, a little disappointed by the lack of progress. But I loved the game, so I decided to play everything I had missed since then.
I didn't know what I was missing, so in my humble opinion, stop complaining and play it.

Yes, I have shopping with Gina and got the pink outfit, I have try exit and open again but still no sign there.

I don’t really care if the party from Jayce longer take longer! the only problem I have is the game crash and unable save it the story while progressing! also I was playing it a moment when suddenly it crash! Is this temporary?

That's what happens when an asshat leaks the pre-patched alpha early... which is part of the reason the Dev is taking time to regroup and consider whether to continue the regular releases.
