Continue the confession quest line basically, it happens automatically after everyone becomes more comfortable with sex. However be careful not to advance the main storyline quest too far or you might get locked out though you do get a warning before hand.

Yeah, it's more like the game is nearing the end of the main plot so it doesn't make sense for the girls to go slutting around plot wise.
Rule of thumb for this game is to finish fast virgin run for the usual jrpg good ending, or take it slow have lots of sex and generally stay longer on the island. It pretty much implies this from the start with the lore tidbits here and there as well as with some quest progression like rebuilding the mansion quest etc.
Distilled Water: Buy filter from Nadi.
Bread: Learned automatically.
Rice Ball: Learned automatically.
Sandwich: Buy recipe from Nadi.
German Potato: Deep Forest. Same map as the blacksmith's hammer, different hut.
Walnut Rice Cake: Well behind Abandoned Home/Refugee Home/Lisetteland.
Pudding: Kunui's Room (Sneak in through the well behind her shop).
Moonshine: Tina's Hut (Speak to Tina to learn it).

Tendon: Cape Comfrey. Red chest behind the rock block leading to the undercliff.
Apple Pie: Gordon's Cave (Not pregnant, pre-Lisette's Woes 4).
Apple Salad: Pirate Ship (Galley. Basically the room where you fix the key).
Shrimp Chili: Regmint (Marulie's bedroom).
Taco: Elven Hideaway (After the codelocked door, before the lab).
Cheesecake: Ancient Tomb (Second map).
Gorgeous Burger: Lower Lightroad (Third floor).
Cum Sandwich: Church of Hecate (Priest side of the confession booth. Lewd Path only).
Ovulation Day: Rhubarb Village Brewery (After drunken sex and Tina's questline. Lewd Path only).

I'm probably being a complete putz, but what do I need to do to complete Closed Door quest? Both of the wells I could find have rocks blocking the paths.

If you mean the gate to the graveyard mansion: There's a quest to investigate disturbances in the night at school which will lead you to a switch underground. That's the switch for opening the door.
Yeah this is the one I'm referring to.
I'm not finding anyone to talk to about night disturbances though.

If you go to the bottom right corner room of the school at day time the old lady gives this quest.

maple house there is a secret place you can get (some sorta cum storage device, can't remember the name) but it's in the room to your left. secret entry there, and THEN, after you enter the code you get to the lewd shop. then you can collect semen.
