I think the bestiality tag should be considered.
The animals are gigantic from the girl pov, yes, but techinically normal size animals to the player.
So they are not really monsters outside of the obligatory rapey tendency.

So to fight the spider/rat/everything else you need to equip the ball, then use the right click and mouse to move the camera to where you're aiming at the enemy, then throw balls at them until defeated.

This wasn't really translated a auto translator was just installed, same with Black Market. Riona's Nightmare is also Unity so you could do the same, go get

It's machine translated with a auto translator, it will basically google a translation as you play. The first time it may take a second to replace the Japanese text with the English. But it should save any translation done.
